Genesis Longevity & Wellness is a cash-pay clinic. Most longevity therapies are not covered by standard health insurance. HSA and FSA funds are typically applicable to prescription medications and licensed medical services. We provide itemized receipts.
Your provider confirms all costs at consultation before any prescription is written or procedure is scheduled.
