5. Booking and appointment terms
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking portal (Zenoti) or by calling the clinic at (719) 579-6890.
Cancellation policy
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Procedure appointments may be subject to a late cancellation fee, communicated at booking.
Consultation fees
Initial consultations are offered at no charge. Follow-up clinical visits and procedure appointments are subject to fees disclosed at booking.
6. Payment terms
Genesis Longevity & Wellness operates as a cash-pay clinic. We do not bill insurance directly for longevity therapies. Payment is due at the time of service unless arrangements are made in advance.
HSA and FSA funds may apply to prescription medications and licensed medical services. We provide itemized receipts. Eligibility is subject to your plan administrator.
7. Memberships
Membership and program agreements (when offered) are presented at the time of enrollment. In any conflict between a membership agreement and these Terms, the membership agreement controls with respect to membership-specific terms.
8. Third-party links and services
This website may link to third-party services including Genesis Medspa, Google Maps, Zenoti, and external clinical references. We do not control or endorse third-party content or privacy practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Medspa LLC, its officers, employees, and providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
