FDA-approved therapies on this site include testosterone (TRT), bioidentical estradiol and progesterone (HRT), Tesamorelin (Egrifta), PT-141 (Vyleesi), GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide), and injectable cyanocobalamin. Compounded peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, NAD+, MOTS-C, Epitalon, AOD-9604, and Glutathione are 503A or research peptides and are not FDA-approved drugs. Each therapy page states FDA status clearly.
Regulatory status varies by peptide and is evolving. The FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) reviewed several peptides in July 2026. Compounded peptides remain available through licensed 503A pharmacies under valid prescription. Your provider stays current on which therapies can legally be compounded and prescribed.
Generally not. Provider review and a Good Faith Exam are required before most therapies are initiated. Some exceptions exist for topical or OTC-component preparations.
Yes for most non-controlled therapies. Controlled substances such as testosterone may require in-person exam under Colorado and federal regulations.
Several therapies including BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-C, Tesamorelin, AOD-9604, and other GH-axis peptides are WADA-prohibited. Discuss your sport-testing requirements with your provider before starting any therapy.
