Legal review pending. This document is a placeholder and must be reviewed by qualified Colorado-licensed counsel before the microsite goes live.

1. Educational content, not medical advice

The content published on this website (therapy pages, stack descriptions, FAQ, educational articles, provider bios, and local service pages) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for the advice of a qualified licensed healthcare provider.

Reading content on this website does not create a provider-patient relationship. A relationship is established only through a documented clinical encounter, specifically a Good Faith Exam (GFE) conducted by a licensed Genesis Longevity provider.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use this website to seek emergency medical guidance.

2. Provider-patient relationship required

No prescription medication described on this website (including compounded peptides, hormone therapy, GLP-1 receptor agonists, NAD+ for injection, or any other prescription therapy) is dispensed without:

  1. A valid provider-patient relationship established through a Good Faith Exam.
  2. A valid prescription issued by a Colorado-licensed provider.
  3. Documented informed consent for the specific therapy prescribed.
  4. A pharmacy dispensing the medication under a valid prescription.

Telehealth services are subject to applicable state and federal telehealth regulations. Controlled substances including testosterone (Schedule III) require an in-person GFE for the initial prescription under the Ryan Haight Act.

3. 503A and 503B compounded medications

Many therapies described on this website are prepared by 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies under applicable U.S. law. These compounded medications are not FDA-approved drugs. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality in the same manner as FDA-approved pharmaceutical products.

4. FDA status of therapies

Genesis Longevity offers both FDA-approved therapies and compounded or off-label therapies. The FDA status of each therapy is disclosed on each individual therapy page.

FDA-approved (for specific indications)

Not FDA-approved, compounded, or off-label

5. Realistic expectations and individual variability

Statements describing expected therapy outcomes use appropriately hedged language: “may support,” “studies suggest,” “patients commonly report,” “clinical trials showed in the indicated population.” These qualifications are intentional and accurate.

The following claims are prohibited on this website: “reverses aging,” “anti-aging miracle,” “cures,” “100% effective,” specific human telomere-lengthening claims, cancer prevention or treatment claims, skin-lightening claims for IV glutathione, or any implication that compounded products are superior to or the same as FDA-approved equivalents.

6. Athletes and WADA considerations

Multiple therapies offered at Genesis Longevity appear on the WADA Prohibited List, including BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Tesamorelin, AOD-9604, all GH-axis peptides, GH itself, and Epitalon. This list is not exhaustive. Competitive athletes must consult the current WADA Prohibited List and disclose athletic status to their provider before initiating any therapy.

7. Pregnancy and breastfeeding

With limited exceptions, all peptide therapies, HRT, GLP-1 receptor agonists, and most longevity therapies are contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Tesamorelin is Pregnancy Category X. Patients of childbearing potential must use effective contraception and disclose pregnancy status or intent at GFE and at every follow-up.

8. Allergic and adverse reactions

Contact your provider immediately during business hours, or proceed to an emergency department if severe, for: hives or rash; difficulty breathing or throat tightening; chest pain or palpitations; severe nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain; significant injection-site swelling, redness, or warmth persisting beyond 48 hours; new or worsening neurological symptoms.

For emergencies: Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
