Subjective effects are common but variable. Many patients describe sustained energy, mental clarity, and improved sleep within the first cycle. IV NAD+ infusion can produce transient flushing, chest pressure, or anxiety if administered too quickly, which is why we titrate slowly.
NAD+ is generally well tolerated when prepared by a 503A pharmacy and administered under provider supervision. It is contraindicated in active malignancy and certain cardiovascular conditions. We screen contraindications at every Good Faith Exam.
