Your care journey
From consultationto refill, in five steps.
Longevity therapy programs work best when patients know exactly what to expect. This page eliminates ambiguity about how the consultation, exam, prescription, and fulfillment process works.

The five-step process
Each step, explained.
- 01
Initial consultation & stack selection
A goal-oriented conversation, not a sales visit. Your provider reviews your history, current medications, and primary goals. They recommend one or more stacks and explain mechanism, timeline, and evidence for each.
- 02
Good Faith Exam (GFE)
A clinical and legal requirement. Comprehensive medical history, vitals, and informed consent. May be in-person or telehealth depending on therapy and Colorado regulations. Annual GFE renewal required for ongoing care.
- 03
Pharmacy order & fulfillment
503A pharmacies prepare your specific formulation under USP <797> sterile standards. 503B outsourcing facilities supply in-clinic IVs under FDA cGMP. Most 503A orders ship within 3 to 7 business days.
- 04
Therapy: in-clinic and at-home
In-clinic IV and injection sessions (NAD+, glutathione, B12/MIC) are scheduled at the Colorado Springs flagship. Take-home protocols (peptide kits, GLP-1 pens, topical compounds, hormone formulations) ship to your home with provider-reviewed instructions.
- 05
Follow-up & cadence
Clinical check-ins every 60 to 90 days for hormone stacks; every 90 days for peptide and metabolic protocols. Provider reviews response and adjusts the protocol accordingly.
